Kerrii B. Anderson
Kerrii B. Anderson is the former CEO and president of Wendy’s International. She joined Wendy’s in 2000 as executive vice president and chief financial officer before becoming CEO in 2006 until 2008, when she successfully executed the merger of Wendy’s and Triarc. At Wendy’s, she developed a strategic vision and plan for the Wendy’s brand, with support of the Board, which included activist shareholder nominees. She along with her team executed the IPO and spin-off of Tim Horton’s creating $4 billion of value for shareholders. She was a member of the company’s board of directors from 2001. Anderson is the former chairwoman of Chiquita Brands International (CQB), which was acquired by a private company in January 2015. She sits on the boards of Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (LH), and Worthington Industries, Inc. (WOR) and previously, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. She also serves on the following non-profit entities: Columbus Foundation Audit Committee, Ohio Health Board of Trustees and Finance Committee member, and Elon University Board of Trustees. She is a CPA and earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Anderson graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and a minor in accounting and economics from Elon University in North Carolina.
Shaun Young is Vice President of Consumer Health at Cardinal Health. In this role, Shaun oversees Consumer Product Sourcing and Consumer Marketing Programs. Shaun has over fifteen years of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry experience. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, he practiced in Retail, Hospital, Ambulatory Care, Sales and Marketing, Formulary Management, and Government Relation settings with industry leaders such as Albertson’s, Long’s Drugs, Eli Lilly, and Kaiser Permanente. Most recently, Shaun was Senior Category Director and Senior Director of Innovation with Walmart, where he developed and implemented Walmart Health & Wellness’s Strategic Initiatives, including Retail Clinics, Limited Pharmacy Networks, and Centralized Pharmacy Fulfillment Operations. Shaun has a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Pacific and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is a registered pharmacist in California and Hawaii and was distinguished as Young Pharmacist of the Year by NCPA and the Hawaii Pharmacists Association in 2005.
Leslie Faust is a former CEO of GO SMiLE and previously, Executive VP of Merchandising at Bath and Body Works. At GO SMiLE, Faust was responsible for finance, supply chain and manufacturing, business development, product development, marketing, sales, public relations, and training. She managed GO SMiLE’s strategy, product offering and unique marketing for multiple channels including prestige brick and mortar retail, spa services, direct to consumer television, eCommerce and medical professional channels. At Bath and Body Works, she managed strategy, product assortment architecture, financial plans and process, integrating all product development areas. In addition, she directed and influenced seasonal product sourcing and design departments. Faust is currently the CEO of Beauty Scouts LLC, a full service beauty and fashion consulting firm which creates and builds successful multi-tiered and multi-channel beauty brands, taking brands from concept through commercialization and retail launch. Leslie has worked for and learned from the some of the best merchants and leaders in the beauty and fashion industry, including Stanley Marcus, Andrea Jung, Rose Marie Bravo, Terry Lundgren, Burt Tansky, Les Wexner, and Sharen Turney.
As current Chairman and Co-CEO of Accel Inc., Tara Abraham leads a premier contract packager specializing in meeting the demanding standards of Fortune 500 clients in the personal care and beauty space. Prior to her 1995 founding of Accel, Tara was a Merchant at Bath & Body works; she later moved to Bristol Myers Squibb where she was Product Development Manager for Biolage Haircare. Tara has overseen twenty years of Accel’s growth from a 1,200 square foot walk-in and a handful of staff to its current 517,000 square foot home in New Albany with peak seasonal employment of 1,000+. Accel’s client list includes Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, Ascena, Berkshire Hathaway, Cardinal Health, Honeywell, as well as a large baby formula and nutrition company. Tara co-owns LGS Preferred, LLC a temporary staffing agency founded in 2012. LGS Preferred has grown to include a database of 4,500 associates focused on beauty care and other light manufacturing. Tara serves on the Board of Directors of People’s Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq PEBO) and is assigned to Audit, Risk, Trust and Foundation Committees. Tara is active in the Central Ohio community as a past or present Board Member of American Heart Association, United Way of Central Ohio, Ohio Health’s Kobacker Hospice, Ohio State University College of Education/Human Ecology Retail and Fashion Studies Advisory (Past Chair), New Albany Chamber of Commerce (Chair Emeritus). Tara is a long term, dedicated supporter of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), serving on its Board and as Chair of the Leadership Forum. She represented WBENC on the National Women’s Business Council from 2011-2014 representing women’s organizations to the President and Congress. Tara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising with an emphasis in Marketing from The Ohio State University. She has received continuing education at Kellogg’s School of Management, Harvard, and The Ohio State University.
